Shipping: We ship within the United States using USPS or UPS which typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive.
Storage: Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. For longer storage, wrap tightly and freeze for up to 2 months.
